All parts are thoroughly cleaned by high pressure water prior to assembly using a special cleaning cabinet. This ensures that all contaminants such as oil and dirt are totally removed even from areas difficult to get at.
The spacious workshop is large enough to house big trucks. Repairs on vehicle mounted pumps are not dependent upon the weather conditions. The workshop is equipped with lifting gear rated to 10 tons for dismounting and remounting pump units.
Complete assemblies (pump heads and plunger seal sets) for all popular pump types are held in our service technicians store to ensure a fast service independent of the main stores and not restricted by the standard working day.
The Service Centre has its own machine shop which enables a fast flexible response to re-machining requirements on precision parts such as valve blocks, sleeves and valves etc.
