In addition to large area cleaning applications on the ground multiple Aquablast® devices are now being used
at up to 3000 bar for surface preparation works in a variety of situations to achieve maximum productivity from the pump unit available. Indeed the latest Hammelmann Dockmaster® has a custom designed blasting head featuring three belt driven rotary joints with spray bars powered by
a single hydraulic motor.

We can supply complete multiple Aquablast® assemblies with vacuum capability or the hydraulically powered multiple rotary joint and spray bar assemblies for you to incorporate into your own blasting head design. Our standard hydraulic powered, belt driven rotary joint with spray bar assemblies are available in twin, triple and quintuple versions with a choice of 2 or 4 arm spray bars. We also design and build multiple water driven Aquablast® assemblies to meet your requirements.

Of course if you want to completely design and built your own blasting head we have
a wide range of powered and water driven rotary joints and various spray bars to choose from.
